Dog Friendly Accommodation

Dog-Friendly

We are a dog friendly place and this area is a dogs paradise! Dogs are more than welcome at our hotel and self-catering but we do ask for you to keep your dog under control at all times and off the furniture. Please do not take your dog in if they are not toilet trained. We charge a fee of £15 per night per dog if you wish to bring them. The Sustrans Caledonia Way which runs next to the hotel is great for walking dogs, just ensure you clean any mess up behind your dog!

Public Areas

We also welcome dogs in the Railway Lounge and in the Captain's bar (where food is served) but not in Dining room. Please keep your dogs under control at all times and clean up any mess. With many wonderful walks either on hill, cycle path or by shore easily accessible from our doorstep, you won't have to travel far from here to keep our four legged friends happy! Be wary that there are sheep on the hill just across the road from the hotel, where the cycle path runs towards Oban, so if you plan on heading that way make sure to keep your dog on a lead.

Our Dogs

We have two dogs ourselves, both golden retrievers. They are called Dougie, which is the younger one, and Hamish, who is a bit older. They are both very friendly and love living here! However if you see them out and about, then please return them to the hotel and they will be picked up.

Self-catering

If pet-friendly self-catering is more your thing, then we also have a variety of dog-friendly self-catering accommodation available! We recommend our pet-friendly lodges with hot tubs, Loch Linnhe Lodges.
