The loch in front of you and a shower over the bath, without the balcony or terrace.

Captain's Rooms
Our best rooms, and the only ones with a balcony. Slide the patio doors open and there is a table and chairs waiting, with the loch and the Morvern hills in front of you.
The bathrooms have both a bath and a separate walk-in shower, so there is no choosing between the two after a day on the hill.

On the ground floor, with no stairs to climb and patio doors onto your own small private terrace, table and chairs included. Step straight outside with a coffee and the loch is in front of you.
The bathrooms were rebuilt with a large walk-in shower, lit mirror and heated towel rail.

Ten of our twenty rooms, and the ones most likely to have space at short notice. The loch is in front of you from the bed, with the same beds, the same lounge corner and the same view as the rest of the hotel. No balcony and no terrace, and that is the only difference.

Heated, indoors and free to every guest, open from 9am till 10pm with no need to book.
The hot tub spa
Our hot tub spa looks straight down the loch, and it is included with your room.
Seafood downstairs
The restaurant, the Captain's Bar and Abbie's Bakery are all a staircase away, and breakfast is cooked to order.
Good to know
Before you book
- Every room takes up to 2 adults and 2 children. The children go in pull-out beds, and a cot is available.
- Every bed can be made up as a double or as twins. Tell us which when you book.
- Dogs are welcome in the rooms and in the Captain's Bar, at £15 per dog per night.
- The swimming pool and hot tub spa are free to guests and open from 9am till 10pm, with no need to book. Towels are £1.
- Booking more than four rooms, or looking at a whole party? Email stay@hollytreehotel.co.uk and we will sort it out with you.
- Prefer your own front door? Our lodges and beach houses along the shore all have private hot tubs.
